Overview
These 500 polypropylene conical centrifuge tubes (15 mL capacity) are high-performance, autoclavable, and leak-proof, designed for laboratory, medical, and research applications. Each tube features a conical bottom for optimal sample recovery and a specially-designed flat-threaded closure that ensures a vacuum-tight, leak-free seal at pressures exceeding 700mm Hg.
The smooth hydrophobic interior minimizes sample adhesion and wall effects, while silk-screened graduations and a frosted writing surface make labeling and volume measurement effortless. The blue HDPE screw caps provide a secure, reliable seal, and the tubes are radiation-sterilized and certified DNase, RNase, pyrogen, and latex-free for maximum safety.
Autoclavable at 121°C and 15 psi for 20 minutes, these tubes are built to withstand rigorous laboratory conditions. With a maximum RCF of 18,000 × g, they are ideal for centrifugation, sample storage, and biological research.
